The mission of our dojo is to bring quality Aikido instruction to the Huntingdon area community, disseminate a proper understanding of Budo through the teaching of Aikido and provide a “fix” for its martial arts addicted members.
The Yongsan Aikikai is a member of Kobayashi Dojos UK and the Korea Aikido Federation, both of which are affiliated with the Aikikai Hombu Dojo and Kobayashi Yasuo Sensei (8th Dan, Aikikai), in Tokyo.
The Yongsan Aikikai is a non-profit organization open to adults regardless of sex, nationality or religion.
The Yongsan Aikikai is a proud member of the Kobayashi Dojos UK. Through this affiliation, our dojo is covered under the British Aikido Board and is afforded many great opportunities to participate in seminars taught by affiliated instructors from in the UK and abroad. Membership in the KU
K costs £25 annually. This covers all required insurance costs as well as provides overhead for the organization.
